1. How to customize?
We can customize product size and image for you, just click on the Live Chat button to supply us with the customization details. You can also send your images to this email address: decorsmarket@gmail.com. We are happy to make a personalized product for you.
2. Where to get the lovely images?
You can have a look in our "design styles" on our website or search from any image library, such as Shutterstock, to explore the designs of your choice. Once you got the ones you like, click the Live Chat button to send us the image details with us or contact us via email: decorsmarket@gmail.com
3. Can I order a sample product?
If you’re not sure of the material or the production quality of the wallpaper mural, order an A4-sized sample to see how it looks in real life! Sorry we cannot provide samples for products like duvet cover sets etc.
4. Shipping policy
Items are shipped within 3-5 business days after you purchased the product. And it will take around 5-10 business days for the packages to be delivered to you.
Once the items are dispatched, the courier will send an message to you and you will receive an email from our website as well.
Do you know, we are currently offering free domestic and international shipping for orders over $75 USD dollars.
5. If I do not receive my product, what you would do?
If you do not receive your product within the time frame that's showed in the question above, please contact us. We will follow up on the problem with the shipping company. And if the item is indeed lost, we will completely refund the money or we will resend the item if you are still interested in receiving it.
6. Return Policy
(1).What is your returns policy?
You can have your money back within 14 business days after you received your product if there is any problem with the product (wrong item, shipping damage etc). However, because our products are all made to order, we do not accept refunds if you change your mind, or if we were given the wrong details. Of course, if the item you receive is damaged, we will replace it with a new one. Please contact us If you are not satisfied with the product, we will try our best to help you in any way we can.
(2).If there is a problem with the product, what can I do with it?
Always check the product before using/installing to ensure there are no production defects or shipping damage.
We only accept returns if there are quality problems, or the items are damaged, or if we sent you a wrong item. Please contact us through the email: decorsmarket@gmail.com (we will require photos of the damage). We cannot do much about refunding if the products have been used or installed.
