Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return, with no restocking fee.

Items must be returned in their original state: unused, and in the original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us at contact@decorsmarket.com. Returns will be facilitated by mail. For items returned due to defects or damage, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. For all other returns, we will discuss the possibility of a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on your preference, we can either send you a replacement, or process a refund for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Custom products, special orders, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not available if you change your mind after receiving the items. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you've made a mistake or have changed your mind, contact us immediately.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method without any restocking fees. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.
